11.2. ВАЗЭКТОМИЯ

       Вазэктомия — двусторонняя сегментарная резекция спермио-проводов. Показания к операции: стерилизация самцов с сохранением их половой активности и способности совершать коитусы.
       Техника операции. Общая анестезия. Положение спинное. После подготовки операционного поля делают прескро-тальный разрез. Вскрывают кожу, подкожную клетчатку, фасцию семенных канатиков и общевлагалищную оболочку. В обнаженном семенном канатике идентифицируют спермиопровод и при помощи иглы Дюшана извлекают его из раны. После наложения тонких лигатур сегмент спермиопровода иссекают. Культи спер-миопровода репонируют в операционную рану и приступают к сегментарной резекции второго спермиопровода. Операционную рану ушивают послойно. Тонким рассасывающимся синтетическим материалом сшивают фасцию семенного канатика и подкожную клетчатку. Кожу ушивают простыми узловыми швами или непрерывным внутрикожным съемным швом. Швы снимают на 8…10-й день.

       По способности к биодеструкции шовные материалы делят на рассасывающиеся и нерассасывающиеся.
       Рассасывающиеся материалы: кетгут, коллаген; материалы на основе целлюлозы (окцелон, кацелон), полигликолидов (викрил, дексон, максон, полисорб); полидиоксанон; полиуретан.
       Нерассасывающиеся материалы: шелк; полиамиды; полиэфиры (лавсан, нейлон, мерсилен, этибонд, М-дек); полиолефины (пролен, полипропилен, суржи-лен, суржипро); фторполимеры; металлическая проволока, металлические скрепки.
